Gypsy Vibes

Ah it's summer time and the living should be easy. I am so happy with the amazing weather we've been having here in PA. I am so sorry I have been off my blogging routine I have been so busy with work, getting things ready to move to a new apartment, and still trying to be an active 21 year old with a social life. I am getting much better at balancing all of these things though and am pretty prepared to move into my new place so I should free up some time to blog more. Life should never be easy though that wouldn't be much fun. 

Today's look is my gypsy bohemian inspire concert or day out look. I am in love with this kimono by Band of Gypsies available at Nordstrom. The tank is also Band of Gypsies and the shorts are Free People. My shoes are by Jeffery Campbell and called the Cors heel and will be all over my blog this summer, they're a current obsession. I took these photos in State College, PA when I went home last week to visit my mom for mother's day. Can't wait to share more new exciting outfits and news in the coming months! Summer is the best time of year. 

Sweet Springtime

I cannot wait to get to explore more of the city and Manayunk of my days off for new shooting locations. The Manayunk Tow Path has been one of my favorite places to take pictures since moving down here almost one year ago. I have to say taking the plunge in my life to just move away not knowing a single person and taking an opportunity with a company that I knew would take me in the right direction was the best decision I have made in my life yet. Always to follow your heart and dreams no matter how scary they may seem at first, you will always be happier in the end. 

Alright enough about me and more about my outfit because I am in love with this jumper. A Free People find of course it is the perfect outfit for a date night or a day roaming the neighborhood. My braided sandals, yes it is finally warm enough to wear sandals, are from Urban Outfitters last year. I am also slightly obsessed with two newer brands to my closet, For Love and Lemons and Bourbon & Bowties. For Love and Lemons has been on the blog before but today is the debut for Bourbon and Bowties, these adorable raw gem bangles that compliment any of my bohemian outfits. Nordstrom recently started carrying this bangles that have already gained major popularity from the Nashville scene. 

Nike Women's Nordstrom Pop- In

This Nike Women's pop in shop at Nordstrom this month is definitely one to check out. The layout of the shop is so beautiful and appropriate for spring it makes you just want to go for a run. These sneakers and clothing are exclusive to these eight pop in shops around the country. Olivia Kim does an amazing job developing these one of a kind shops, being director of creative projects for Nordstrom would be the dream job. Most of the sneakers are already selling out and it's only been open for a week!

Casual Chic

                                               

To be dressing so in so many layers during the end of April should be against the law. I am ready for the 60 degree nights of summer to come. The time of the year I am happiest and it seems like everyone else is too. For the next month it is time to heat things up with outfits, dates, and outings that only happen this time of year. It is time to make the most of life and sleep the least, cause you can always sleep when you're dead but now it's time to live it up. This casual look is great for a day running errands or a Sunday at work. These charcoal Current Elliott skinnies can go with just about anything. These heels are going to be a go to this summer because they're comfy and cute the Jeffery Campbell Cors Heel. I got this statement necklace from Nordstroms BP department and the long cardigan from Connections Clothing in State College, PA.
