Outta This World

 

That is how I feel in this amazing galaxy blouse that I scored from a boutique in Miami when I visited last January. There are just so many ways you can style this blouse I don't think I'll ever get bored of it. Paired with a dark skinny jean from LOFT and my favorite joe lace up boots by Jeffery Campbell.

Having a scared space in your house or apartment is something I think everyone should take the time to make. I believe this wall will be the start of mine I am just deciding how to keep my cat from getting into any gem stones I want to lay out and candles along the windowsill. Take the time and energy to do something wonderful like this for yourself this holiday season, we often get wrapped up in focusing on others.

Layers on Layers

 

 

This post will be short and sweet on this Thanksgiving Eve. I wanted to step out of what I normally wear and go with a cute but casual put together look. I hardly ever wear jeans anymore so it is so nice to break out my favorite pair by no other than, Free People. I thought the layered shirt & sweater combination went nice with the layered necklaces I did. Happy almost Thanksgiving! And to anyone traveling out there in theses storms today be safe!

Also getting ready for the holiday season thinking about easy outfits that are work and after work appropriate. This shirt is an oldie but a goodie from Free People and has the perfect sequin bib. Paired with this awesome pleated skirt from Forever21 that's perfect for work but has a cute little slit and shorts underneath the sheer outer layer to provided a couple sexy details. These boots are my new obsession, I love wearing them with jeans and something casual or dressing them up like today.

Fringe Benefits

Well it is no secret I am a lover of everything Free People. I also love Minnetonka Moccasins but haven't broken them out as much as I'd like to this fall because I can't wear them to work so I have to take advantage of my days off to sport these comfortable, cute shoes. I was feeling very bohemian casual in my over sized sweater, triple layer fringe boots, and my favorite statement necklace. I'm totally fine that I've traded in wearing jeans and moccasins on a daily basis to be more professional and get myself further in my career in retail. However, I will never forget how nice it is to just slip an outfit like this on and feel like there are no worries in the world.
